Gramma on a high falutin' vacation
Gramma done fell and bruised herself all up...
So I found this gangster selling flowers on the street
And this other hispanic flower vendor. I think she was saying "¡Flores baratos!"
And we high tailed up to Gramma's room and cheered her up with our whit, sarcasm and cynicism.

Ashlynn...
Ashy and I just finished reading book 5 of Lemony Snickets "A Series of Unfortunate Events". I think there are like 7 books to go. I love reading with her. I especially love it when she reads to me!

Ward Halloween Party
Isn't it ironic that more people show up at the church for what is arguably Satan's holiday than for any other event?

Nates REAL license!
He doesn't normally look this goofy... Only when he's seeing his first driver's license for the first time at 5:10 AM on the way to the gym.

Utah Imports
Father and Janice came to town and supported the cause. It was followed by friendly political discussion, food at Chili's, and a gnarly sideshow featuring a bald unicyclist.
Notice how far to the left he leans in this photo...
Audience participation was encouraged:

Sunday Emergency
I generally only eat junk food on Saturday. But Sunday night, I had the munchies badly... Stevie B had mad peanut butter cookies. Dude. I love peanut butter cookies.
So, we made and emergency trip to Tracy's. Thanks Stevie! You're way hotter than Rachel Rae.

Nate's Sweet Ride
Nate took us for a ride in his sic car.
He and Ash cleaned the windows...
And we ran into Kelsen at the gas station putting his last pennies into HIS tank.
Nate whistles as a demonstration of his competence and confidence as a driver.
Earlier, in the Van, Nate orders fast food, as the driver, for the first time ever!
Ash, not wanting to be too far behind, had me take her to the school and let her drive the van in the parking lot. I don't think we got over .00034 miles per hour, but it's a start! Hey, she's only 11!

Nate and Josh
Josh came down for the weekend, right after Nate got his driver's license. Nate was more excited to have Josh in town than to drive!

Prop 8 Again
This past weekend of prop 8 sign holding was quite the experience.
The "no" crowd came out in force, and brought the devil himself with them.
One "no" supporter flipped off me and my too young daughters for about 30 seconds at a stop light, then threw a bible at us as she drove off.
Kalin tried to give said bible to a random passerby. However, she was looking for a man with a mustache, and had no time for such things.
