I guess I'm kind of obsessive. Right now, its the gym. No, its more specific than that. Its body fat. And abs. Yes, I wanna be huge. But I tried that. I got huge alright - in the gut. Stronger, yes. Finally got my bench to 315. Also hurt myself benching heavy, and still haven't recovered. So, after seeing these photos, I changed my immediate goals and approach:
I now hit the gym 6 days a week, including 45 minutes of lifting and 1 hour of cardio per workout. I also do abs almost daily. Its extremely slow, but I think I'm making progress. My weight has barely moved in the last month. I'm hoping thats due to muscle growth... but I'm not so sure. I'll give it another two months and see what happens. If that doesn't work, it's Cold Stones and Peppridge Farms Chocolate Mint cookies. Every night. Twice. And sleeping in. Every day.
